1535nm, 200μJ Pulse Microchip Laser Diode Overview

Real-Light's Q-Switched 5 nanosecond pulse lasers are high-power devices used in a wide range of eye-safe applications. The super-compact design is used is laser range finders, meteorological radar, and laser fuses.

Multiple options are available, from 40 μJ to 200 μJ, with pulse repetition rates from 10 Hz to 1 kHz. Refer to the datasheet for pulse energy, repetition rate, and package options.

Proper Handling and Operation of Diode Lasers
