Description:
Elixir Photonics high power laser with nanosecond pulse output. Nanosecond laser was designed for applications in Flex circuit cutting and machining; microvia drilling of printed circuit boards; thin film metal cutting, patterning, marking and machining; LED processing and production; Si wafer scribing, cutting and dicing; and Indium-Tin Oxide (ITO) removal and patterning on glass and plastic. Key features of the laser include compact design, TEM00 with M2<1.3, and assembled in 1000 class clean room. Remote operation is possible with RS-232 interface and external GATE control. Nanosecond laser repetition rate of 40kHz to 100kHz with pulse width less than 20ns at 50 kHz. Pulse energy great then 200 µJ at 50 kHz and wavelength of 355nm.
